With effect from February, Mishcon GCC has named Gunjan Dahiya as its new vice president and head of human resources. With a strong background in HR leadership, she will be essential in developing the company’s people strategy, creating a vibrant work environment, and promoting talent excellence as it grows in India.
“After an enriching journey across HR leadership roles, I’m excited to enter a new career phase. I’m proud to share that I have joined Mishcon GCC as VP & Head of HR, where I will be shaping the people strategy, fostering a dynamic workplace culture & driving talent excellence as we establish & expand the GCC in India,” she posted on Linkedin.
Gunjan claims that this opportunity enables her to use her expertise in developing HR departments, growing operations, and spearheading cultural changes to establish a high-impact, people-first company. “I’m excited to work with amazing people and leaders in the field to promote innovation, engagement, and operational success.”
Gunjan was the Head of Human Resources at Rediscover Outdoors LLP prior to joining Mishcon GCC. She has worked for Bandhan Life and Vodafone Idea during her career. The FORE School of Management is where she received her degree.
