Hyderabad: In a significant step towards enhancing India’s electric mobility sector, two-wheeler manufacturer PURE EV has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with JioThings, a subsidiary of Jio Platforms. The partnership focuses on integrating smart digital clusters and telematics into PURE EV’s electric vehicles, leveraging advanced IoT solutions and seamless 4G connectivity.
- Real-Time Performance Monitoring and Enhanced Connectivity
PURE EV will explore the use of JioThings’ 4G-enabled smart digital clusters, offering an end-to-end IoT ecosystem. This integration will allow riders to monitor vehicle performance in real-time, gain insights for improved efficiency, and access touch-enabled customization features.
JioThings’ AvniOS-based technology, developed on the Android Open Source Project (AOSP), will provide advanced functionalities such as a full HD+ touchscreen display. The vehicles will also feature hands-free voice assistance, navigation, music streaming, and gaming, powered by the Jio Automotive App Suite (JAAS).
