New Delhi: Subhasini Acharya has been promoted to the position of Director-HR & Well-Being Leader for Greater India at Schneider Electric.
Acharya is an experienced human resources professional who has worked for the company for more than eight years. Before this, she was the Director of Talent Management for Global Marketing.
She will work in the Global HR function, head HR Business Partnering for Secure Power Business, and be a member of the HR Leadership Team in her new position.
Having held executive roles at SABMiller India, Britannia Industries, July Systems and Tata Services Ltd., she provides a solid background in learning solutions, talent management and organisational development.

Acharya, a graduate of Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB) and an IGNOU postgraduate in psychology, was promoted in recognition of Schneider Electric’s ongoing emphasis on employee welfare and people-centric leadership.
