Jaquar Group Adopts Salesforce Tools to Boost Digital Operations

New Delhi: Jaquar Group, a leading Indian manufacturer of bathroom and lighting solutions, has partnered with Salesforce to streamline its digital operations and unify its customer-facing systems. The move marks a broader shift in the manufacturing sector towards integrated, data-driven platforms for business continuity and growth.

The collaboration aims to consolidate customer data from across Jaquar’s business units and improve on-ground service delivery. The company will deploy several Salesforce products including Consumer Goods Cloud, CPQ, Partner Community Cloud, and Field Service. This setup is intended to support sales teams, optimise partner interactions, and digitise field operations.

Jaquar’s decision reflects a growing trend among legacy manufacturing companies adopting cloud-based solutions to improve agility and efficiency. The group’s technology head, Ninad Raje, noted that the organisation is moving beyond traditional upgrades by embedding “adaptive systems and proactive insights” across departments.

The group will also integrate Tableau, Salesforce’s analytics platform, across its sales and service divisions. This will allow the company to make more informed decisions by leveraging real-time data and dashboards. With operations in more than 55 countries and over 12,000 employees, Jaquar aims to use these tools to create a centralised view of customer interactions and performance metrics.

According to Rajesh Mehra, Director at Jaquar Group, the shift is driven by the need to adapt to changing consumer expectations and achieve data agility. “We see this as a step towards embedding intelligence into our workflows,” Mehra said. Salesforce’s role in this transformation includes its newly introduced platform, Agentforce. The tool enables companies to build AI agents that can operate across business functions. While Jaquar has not confirmed the immediate use of Agentforce, the platform’s capabilities suggest future potential for AI-led automation in customer and field operations. Arundhati Bhattacharya, Salesforce South Asia CEO, pointed out that manufacturers like Jaquar are increasingly prioritising digital resilience to remain relevant in competitive markets.
