New Delhi: As part of an internal leadership reorganization, Eternal, formerly known as Zomato, has announced the appointment of Aditya Mangla as the new CEO of its food ordering and delivery division.
“Aditya Mangla has been appointed as CEO – Food Ordering and Delivery Business and SMP, pursuant to the approval of the Board of Directors on 6 July, for two years,” the company said in a stock exchange filing.
Since joining Eternal in March 2021, Mangla has held important roles such as Head of Supply and Head of Customer Experience. Currently, he is the Head of Product for the food delivery vertical. He held executive positions in product, marketing, and P&L departments at a number of startups and IT companies before joining Eternal.
Rakesh Ranjan, who has been in the position for two years, is replaced by Mangla.
“Rakesh Ranjan has completed his two-year stint as CEO – Food Ordering and Delivery Business. Accordingly, he shall cease to be designated as an SMP with effect from 6 July 2025,” the company added.
