New Delhi: TVS Electronics has introduced a new infrastructure managed services (IMS) platform called TVSE aikya, aimed at enterprises looking to modernize and scale their IT operations.
Launched on July 21, 2025, the platform is designed with AI-Ops at its core, combining automation tools, real-time monitoring, and a zero-defect operations approach to manage complex IT environments across industries such as BFSI, retail, manufacturing, and hospitality.
TVSE aikya brings together multiple infrastructure functions under a single platform, including:
Workplace services
Hybrid cloud management
Managed network services
Cybersecurity solutions
Cross-functional support
The platform is built on open-source tools to reduce licensing costs and uses AI-enabled bots and orchestrators to streamline operations and support workflows. It is backed by a dedicated IMS Capability Centre in Chennai, which will function as the operational command hub.
The launch comes as India’s IMS market continues to expand, driven by growing infrastructure complexity and the need for outsourced expertise. According to a 2024 report by IMARC Group, the Indian IMS market was valued at Rs 43,857 crore and is projected to grow at a CAGR of 8.7% from 2025 to 2033.
TVSE’s entry into this space signals a strategic pivot, as it looks to move beyond hardware and manufacturing into full-scale enterprise service management. The company is leveraging its manufacturing strength, notably its Tumakuru facility in Karnataka, and its 150+ seater Integrated Call Management Centre (ICMC), which handles over 200,000 customer queries each month.
