Mumbai: Cloud computing company Vultr has named Piyush Gupta as Vice President for India, Asia Pacific (APAC), and the Middle East regions.
With over a decade of experience in cloud and hyperscaler sales, Gupta brings deep industry knowledge and leadership to his new role. He will drive Vultr’s strategic growth across these key markets, helping businesses adopt advanced cloud solutions.
Before joining Vultr, Gupta served as the Vice President (Worldwide Sales International Hyperscaler)- Government and PSU at Yotta Data Services Private Limited. He has also worked as the AVP-Sales & Marketing for Hyperscalers at Adani Group from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, he served as GM Sales at Yotta Infrastructure and and also handled sales for BFSI and government verticals at Global Cloud Xchange.
Gupta has a strong track record of building businesses across sectors, from startups to large enterprises. He holds an MBA in marketing from MIT School of Management, Pune.
His appointment signals Vultr’s intent to strengthen its presence in the region by delivering scalable and cost-effective cloud services. With the growing demand for cloud infrastructure, Gupta’s leadership is expected to play a key role in expanding Vultr’s footprint in these dynamic markets.
