Pune: Lloyds Technology Centre India has appointed Ritesh Jha as its Head of Talent Acquisition.
Jha brings over two decades of experience in global talent management and HR leadership.
Before joining Lloyds, Jha served as Senior Vice President – Tech Recruiting Asia at Citi India, where he led strategic hiring initiatives, automation, location strategy, and the development of technology centres of excellence across the region.
He has also held key leadership roles at FIS, where he served as TA Head for India and the Philippines and Global TA Head for the BPO business, as well as at Allegis Global Solutions, where he scaled large recruitment programs and led talent acquisition transformation projects.
Earlier in his career, Jha worked with leading organizations, including Info Edge India Ltd, GE, Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Sun Life Financial, and Infosys, contributing to building high-performing teams and robust HR frameworks across technology, financial services, and consulting sectors.
At Lloyds Technology Centre India, Jha is expected to play a key role in strengthening the company’s talent strategy and leadership capability. His experience in driving innovation and organisational transformation will support the firm’s continued growth in India’s dynamic technology landscape.
