Hyderabad: ServiceNow has announced that it has completed its acquisition of Moveworks, a move that strengthens its push to put AI to work across the enterprise.

The deal brings together ServiceNow’s agentic AI and intelligent workflows with Moveworks’ front-end AI assistant, enterprise search, and reasoning engine.

The combined offering aims to change how employees interact with work by making AI easier to use, faster to scale, and more valuable across everyday tasks.

A Unified AI Experience for Employees

ServiceNow’s AI Platform is built to automate work at scale with trust and transparency. Moveworks adds a natural, conversational front-end that lets employees ask questions, search for answers, and take action in plain language, wherever they work.

Together, the technologies connect employee requests directly to automated fulfillment. This helps break down silos between teams and systems while speeding up time to value. The result is a more consistent and intuitive experience for employees, customers, developers, IT teams, and administrators.

Strong Customer Adoption and Enterprise Scale

ServiceNow is currently one of more than 100 technology integrations supported by Moveworks. The Moveworks platform is used by leading global companies such as Siemens, Toyota, and Unilever.

Today, Moveworks supports about 5.5 million employee users. Around 250 customers already use both ServiceNow and Moveworks, giving the combined company a strong base to expand from. Nearly 90% of Moveworks customers have deployed the platform to all employees, showing broad enterprise adoption.
