New Delhi: Anil Kakkar has joined as Enterprise CIO at GMR Group. He will lead the Group’s enterprise-wide digital, technology and IT transformation agenda.
In this role, Kakkar will be responsible for strengthening digital capabilities, driving innovation across businesses and aligning technology strategy with GMR’s initiatives across infrastructure, airports, energy and sports.
Previously, Kakkar served as CIO of Escorts Kubota for over a decade.
Even before that, Kakkar has served techno-functional roles at Agilent Technologies, Indus Towers, GE Capital International Services and Motherson Technology Services.
