Mumbai: Deepankar Sadhukhan has been appointed as SVP – HR (Talent & Culture), Bandhan Life.
In his new role, Deepankar will look to build a strong, future-ready people-first organisation as Bandhan Bank looks to scale its life insurance ambitions across India.
Deepankar’s appointment marks a strategic step in strengthening Bandhan Life’s people architecture, leadership capability abd cultural foundations.
Previously, Deepankar has served as VP 2 – Head of Talent, Learning & OD, HRBP & Talent Acquisition (Corporate HR) at Star Union Dai – ichi Life Insurance.
He created a tech-enabled Talent Platform, an AI-powered HR bot and was one of the 52 leaders globally selected for the DINO Global Cohort.
Earlier, Deepankar has also served at IDFC First Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Premierworld Technology, Pantaloon Retail (Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail) and Linde.
