Bengaluru: Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) has appointed Shalini Kaul as Head of Marketing – HPE Networking for India.
In her new role, she will lead marketing strategy and execution for HPE’s networking portfolio across the country, with a focus on driving brand growth, customer engagement, and market impact.
Shalini brings over two decades of experience in marketing, communications, and technology leadership. Her background spans enterprise IT, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies, with a strong track record of building effective, customer-focused marketing programs.
Before joining HPE, Shalini worked for nearly eight years at Juniper Networks as Marketing Director for India. During this period, she led integrated marketing initiatives that strengthened the company’s brand presence and deepened customer engagement in the region. Before Juniper, she served as Head of Marketing – India at FireEye, Inc., where she was responsible for marketing strategy, corporate communications, and demand generation for cybersecurity solutions in the Indian market.
Earlier in her career, Shalini held leadership roles at NetApp, managing media relations, analyst engagement, internal communications, and thought leadership programs focused on emerging technology trends. She began her professional journey at EMC Data Storage India Pvt. Ltd. as a Marketing Manager, where she handled demand generation campaigns, events, analyst relations, and agency management across multiple business lines.
Over the years, Shalini has worked with leading technology companies, including Dell Technologies, Sun Microsystems, NetApp, FireEye, Juniper Networks, and now Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Her appointment underlines HPE’s focus on strengthening marketing leadership and driving growth in India’s fast-evolving enterprise technology market.
