Bengaluru: Madhu Srivastava has been appointed as President & Group Head HR at TVS Motor Company.
In her new role, Madhu will strengthen the human capital capabilities of the organisation.
She will lead the Group’s people and organisation agenda as TVS accelerates its global expansion across mobility, financial services and real estate.
Before TVS, Madhu served at Vedanta Resources Plc for more than a decade, where she led the enterprise-wide strategy for a workforce of over 100,000 employees.
Earlier at Vedanta and Cairn Oil & Gas, Madhu led Talent Acquisition and Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives.
Prior to that, Madhu held senior HR roles at Citibank India, Genpact, Reliance Infocom, GE Capital and Godrej.
