Mumbai: Shirley Burla has been promoted to the role of CHRO at Tata Projects. In her new role, Shirley will lead the enterprise-wide people strategy, talent ecosystem and organizational transformation agenda at Tata Projects.
She will strengthen the leadership capability, enable the workforce agility and align human capital strategy with Tata Project’s growth trajectory.
Earlier Shirley served as VP & Head – HR, Energy & Industrial Business at Tata Projects where she drove HR initiatives across critical infrastructure portfolios.
Previously Shirley worked for 13 years at Siemens and before that at MSL (Global) and Genesis BCW.
