Emaar India Appoints Neha Saxena Shenoy As CHRO To Lead Workforce Strategy

Gurugram, 7 Apr, (CXO Media): Emaar India has appointed Neha Saxena Shenoy as Chief Human Resources Officer. The company has assigned her responsibility for overseeing its human resources operations, including workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement functions. The move comes as real estate companies continue to strengthen internal HR structures to manage expanding project pipelines and distributed teams across regions.

Before joining Emaar India, Shenoy worked as Executive Vice President at Info Edge India Ltd, where she handled senior HR responsibilities across business units. Earlier, she served as Deputy CHRO at Cairn Oil and Gas, supporting workforce management in an industrial setting that required large-scale staffing and compliance oversight.
Her earlier assignments include HR leadership roles at multinational firms such as Honeywell, Reckitt, Microsoft, Adobe, and GE. These roles provided cross-sector exposure spanning technology, consumer goods, manufacturing, and energy, sectors that have undergone significant organizational restructuring in recent years.
Human resource leadership roles in the real estate sector have gained importance as companies focus on cost management, compliance, and retention of skilled employees.

Shenoy’s appointment reflects a broader trend in which companies are bringing in experienced HR leaders to align workforce strategies with operational requirements. As project timelines tighten and regulatory frameworks evolve, companies such as Emaar India are placing greater emphasis on workforce efficiency and internal governance to support long-term business continuity.
