OutSystems Appoints Vivek Ganesh as India Regional VP to Lead Growth Strategy

New Delhi: OutSystems has appointed Vivek Ganesh as Regional Vice President for India, strengthening its leadership team at a time when AI-powered low-code development platforms are gaining traction in the country. Ganesh, who brings over two decades of experience in enterprise technology leadership with firms such as Gartner, SAP Concur, and MongoDB, will lead the company’s strategy for business growth and customer engagement in India. His mandate includes expanding adoption of OutSystems’ platform among enterprises and strengthening partnerships to support digital transformation initiatives across key sectors.

The appointment reflects OutSystems’ focus on India as a critical growth market within Asia-Pacific, where enterprises are increasingly modernizing legacy systems and seeking solutions that balance agility, security, and governance. According to the company, industries such as banking, financial services, insurance, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and global capability centers are showing rising demand for low-code and AI-driven platforms to improve operational efficiency and deliver enhanced customer experiences.

Ganesh’s appointment follows the recent OutSystems Developer Day held in Bengaluru, which brought together developers, product leaders, partners, and customers to discuss emerging trends in AI-powered low-code development. At the event, the company highlighted its latest innovations, including Agent Workbench and Mentor, tools designed to integrate AI into application development processes. With more than 83,000 active members in its Indian developer community, OutSystems aims to strengthen local expertise and foster collaboration as enterprises look to future-proof their technology strategies.

This leadership move positions OutSystems to deepen its presence in India’s rapidly evolving digital transformation landscape.
