New Delhi: Amrita Pandey has been appointed as Head – People & Culture of PB Fintech (parent company of Policybazaar and Paisabazaar).
In her new role, Amrita will lead the organisation’s people strategy, cultural transformation, leadership development and HR governance.
Those will help the organisation continue to scale India’s largest digital insurance and lending platforms.
Before Policybazaar, Amrita served as Director HR at Park +.
Earlier, she has worked in various HR roles at Tenon Group, Yatra Online, NIIT Ltd., ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Wipro BPO and Naukri.com.
