Hyperlocal fulfilment and last-mile logistics startup DAAKit have raised $138,000 in a pre-seed funding round led by Inflection Point Ventures, an angel investment platform based in Gurugram. The company had earlier received Rs 20 lakh through the Credit Guarantee Scheme under the Startup India Seed Fund Scheme at AIC IIT Delhi Sonipat. It also finished as runner-up in the Logistics & Supply Chain category at Eureka 2025, securing a cash award of Rs 1 lakh.

Expansion Plans and Technology Investments
The company plans to use the newly raised capital to establish 25 additional dark stores across Tier-I and Tier-II cities. The expansion is expected to strengthen its fulfilment infrastructure and improve delivery timelines in key urban markets. Funds will also be directed toward technology upgrades, infrastructure licensing, and integration of operational systems.
Alongside infrastructure expansion, the startup intends to recruit senior leadership roles, including CXO-level positions, as well as sales, business development, and operations personnel to support entry into new markets.

Current Operations and Market Reach
DAAKit currently operates in Delhi, Gurugram, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Kolkata. The company is also running a pilot in Lucknow to assess demand patterns and operational feasibility for expansion into Tier-II and Tier-III cities.
