New Delhi, May 22(CXO Media): Religare Enterprises has appointed Lajja M. as Executive Vice President, Human Resources.
At Religare, Lajja will lead employer branding and talent engagement initiatives across the group and contribute to the company’s people and culture strategy.
She brings more than two decades of experience across financial services and media. Prior to joining Religare, she headed the HR and administration function at Blue Spark Capital Advisors, where she worked on scaling people practices and workforce operations.
She has also worked with ASK Asset & Wealth Management, ICICI Venture and Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd. (The Times of India), handling areas including talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR technology and people operations.
