New Delhi, May 27(CXO Media): Indian workspace company Incuspaze has appointed Amit Ghoshal as Managing Director – Enterprise as it sharpens its focus on enterprise clients and scales operations ahead of its planned IPO by FY28-29.
The appointment comes at a time when demand for flexible and managed office spaces continues to grow among large companies looking for cost-efficient workplace models. Incuspaze has also set a revenue target of Rs 1,000 crore by FY28-29, making enterprise expansion a key business priority.
Ghoshal will oversee enterprise business growth, client partnerships and revenue expansion across major markets in India. He brings more than two decades of experience in enterprise sales, commercial real estate and workspace solutions.
Before joining Incuspaze, he held leadership positions at Redbricks, Smartworks and Regus, where he worked on enterprise deals and business expansion strategies.
