New Delhi, May 27(CXO Media): Yokohama-ATG has appointed Rajeev Singh as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), strengthening its leadership team at a time when companies across manufacturing are focusing more closely on workforce planning and organizational change.
Singh brings experience across sectors including manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, energy, consulting, and industrial businesses. His appointment comes as companies continue to reshape HR functions to manage workforce transitions, leadership development, and operational changes.
Before joining Yokohama-ATG, Singh worked as Chief Human Resource Officer at Epic Group and Solara Active Pharma Sciences. He has also previously served at Yokohama Off-Highway Tires, where he held the role of Chief Human Resources Officer, ATC.
Over the years, he has held senior HR leadership positions at Welspun Corp, BG Group, and Gujarat Gas Limited, handling areas such as business restructuring, industrial relations, stakeholder management, and change management. Earlier in his career, he worked with PwC, Bharat Petroleum Refinery, and Ispat Industries.
