T Koshy Steps Down from ONDC as MD and CEO

ONDC CEO T Koshy resigns, the second major leadership exit after CBO Shireesh Joshi's departure.

New Delhi: The CEO and Managing Director of the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC), T Koshy, has resigned. After Chief Business Officer Shireesh Joshi left in March after three and a half years, this is the second significant leadership resignation at ONDC.

After more than ten years at EY, where he most recently held the position of Partner, Koshy joined ONDC in February 2022 and was instrumental in establishing the network’s framework. According to an official ONDC announcement, leadership responsibilities have now been transferred to an executive committee.

“As with any dynamic and evolving organisation, a leadership change is currently underway. Koshy has expressed his desire to step down while helping with the change. The MD & CEO responsibilities have been transitioned to an executive committee with Koshy available to the board over the next 3 months for advice,” the statement said.
