Hyderabad: Darwinbox, a global HR tech platform, has announced the appointment of Shashank Shukla as Vice President – Professional Services. With over two decades of global experience in HCM and ERP consulting, Shashank brings deep expertise in cloud transformation, digital strategy, and enterprise solutions.
An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur, Shashank joins Darwinbox after an illustrious career at Oracle, where he spent nearly 20 years in senior leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Senior Director – HCM and ERP Consulting for ASEAN, leading complex cloud transformation programs and managing high-performing consultant teams. His prior roles at Oracle included Practice Director, ASEAN HCM SaaS Delivery Lead, and Fusion HCM Architect, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the region’s SaaS landscape.
His career also includes significant stints at IBM Business Consulting Services, iGate Global Solutions, and Mahindra British Telecom (now Tech Mahindra), where he built a solid foundation in enterprise systems, CRM, and PeopleSoft solutions.
At Darwinbox, Shashank will spearhead the Professional Services division, focusing on scaling consulting capabilities across regions and ensuring delivery excellence. His appointment highlights Darwinbox’s commitment to providing agile, scalable, and customer-centric HCM solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Shashank’s leadership is expected to enhance Darwinbox’s ability to support enterprise clients globally through personalized, innovation-led HR implementations.
