New Delhi: Sonia Ahlawat, who has almost twenty years of experience in people strategy, change and leadership in international organisations, has been appointed as Managing Director of PwC India.
An exciting new chapter in PwC‘s emphasis on people effectiveness within its Deals Strategy practice has begun with her arrival in March this year.
Prior to joining PwC, Ahlawat had spent three years as a Director at Deloitte, where she oversaw transformation programs and strategic HR initiatives that had a long-lasting effect on business results.
In addition, Sonia has held top executive positions with Quest Diagnostics, InterGlobe Enterprises, CMGRP India and the Middle East Internet Group. Her background in a variety of fields and regions gives her people-first philosophy more nuance and flexibility.
Ahlawat is anticipated to further strengthen PwC’s capacity to match people strategy with business expansion, thanks to her extensive experience and demonstrated leadership.
