Hyderabad: Zithara.AI, a Hyderabad-based artificial intelligence startup, has appointed Ravi Bhushan Ojha as its Vice President – Product Engineering. In his new role, Ojha will spearhead the advancement of Zithara’s core technology platforms, with a sharp focus on customer acquisition, engagement and support automation, hyper-personalization, and real-time decision-making. These innovations are designed to empower businesses that have traditionally depended on in-person customer interactions, helping them transition into the digital age with AI-driven tools.
Ojha brings with him over 14 years of experience in enterprise software, cloud architecture, and AI-based SaaS product development. Prior to joining Zithara.AI, he held leadership roles at Caliber Technologies, where he was instrumental in building scalable enterprise platforms and driving large-scale digital innovation.
