New Delhi: Altimetrik has named Sreenivas V as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as the company sharpens its focus on AI-driven transformation and international expansion.
The appointment comes at a time when Altimetrik, a digital engineering and data solutions company, is investing heavily in AI to accelerate business growth. Sreenivas will report directly to CEO Raj Sundaresan and will be responsible for overseeing global financial operations as the company moves into what it calls its next phase of growth.
Altimetrik’s leadership changes align with its ongoing efforts to scale its AI-first approach, both in its internal operations and in services provided to clients. The company recently signed a definitive agreement to acquire SLK Software, a move aimed at broadening its service portfolio and expanding its global delivery capabilities.
Sreenivas brings over 20 years of experience in technology sector leadership, with a focus on corporate strategy, finance, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, and business transformation. His previous roles include leadership positions at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Hexaware, Plintron, and Collabera Digital. His background includes work in over 30 countries and involvement in several large-scale financial deals, including India’s largest private-sector IPO and major private equity investments.
With an academic background from IIT Madras and IIM Calcutta, Sreenivas is expected to help Altimetrik strengthen its financial management as it scales AI adoption across its operations and customer engagements.
Commenting on his new role, Sreenivas highlighted the growing importance of integrating AI into financial decision-making to create long-term value. He emphasized that finance functions will play a key role in enabling sustainable growth as AI continues to reshape digital business models.
Altimetrik’s leadership shuffle also includes recent appointments of Rajeev Jain as Chief Operating Officer and Gurvinder Sahni as Chief Marketing Officer. These changes come as enterprises globally seek partners who can help operationalize AI at scale.
