New Delhi: Falcon Group has appointed Anil Mohanty as its new Group HR Head, marking a strategic move in its journey toward organisational transformation and digital excellence, CXO Media has learnt.
Mohanty brings with him over 30 years of HR leadership experience, having served in renowned organisations such as Reliance Jio, Idea Cellular, Tata Teleservices, Huawei Telecommunications and Uninor. At Reliance Jio, he spent seven impactful years-first as Regional HR Head for North India.
Most recently, Mohanty was the Chief People Officer at DN Homes, and prior to that, he led People & Culture at Medikabazzar, where he established a tech-enabled HR ecosystem and spearheaded change management during rapid growth phases.
