New Delhi: With effect from July, Nandini Pai has been named Head of HR Business Partnering (APAC) and Culture at Tata Technologies. Pai acknowledged her new function in an exclusive update given to a prominent media outlet.
In her new role, Pai will be in charge of fostering business relationships, spearheading team and change management projects and influencing cultural change throughout the Asia-Pacific area, all while coordinating people strategy with the company’s ambitious growth and innovation goals.
Pai is a Pune-based employee who formerly worked as the Deputy General Manager of Talent Management and Culture at Tata Motors before joining Tata Technologies. She developed and oversaw a number of significant talent development initiatives during her time there, such as enterprise-wide cultural change, succession planning, HiPo talent assessments, and fast-track talent programs.
Before joining Tata Motors, Pai worked in strategic human resources positions at Yes Bank and Edelweiss Financial Services, where she acquired cross-functional expertise in organisational growth, employer branding, and talent management.
Pai is ideally positioned to support Tata Technologies’ people strategy and transformation journey because of her extensive experience in leadership development and culture-building.
