New Delhi: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has acquired US-based Salesforce Summit partner ListEngage, taking full ownership of the firm as part of its strategy to expand AI and cloud-based enterprise solutions in North America.
Headquartered in Framingham, Massachusetts, ListEngage specialises in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM, Data Cloud, and AI advisory services. With this acquisition, TCS adds over 100 Salesforce professionals holding more than 400 certifications to its enterprise solutions team in the United States.
The move marks a continuation of TCS’s push for inorganic growth in key technology domains, including artificial intelligence, digital engineering, cloud, and cybersecurity. The acquisition also aligns with TCS’s broader effort to deepen its presence in the North American market, its largest revenue contributor globally.
According to Aarthi Subramanian, Chief Operating Officer at TCS, the acquisition will enhance the company’s global Salesforce capabilities and strengthen its collaboration with Salesforce. She said that ListEngage’s experience in AI and marketing automation will help TCS deliver more integrated customer engagement solutions.
ListEngage CEO Altaf Shaikh described the acquisition as a strategic opportunity to combine his company’s Salesforce expertise with TCS’s scale and cross-industry reach, enabling enterprises to derive greater value from data-driven and AI-powered tools.
Founded in 2003, ListEngage has built strong relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem and serves as a member of its Partner Advisory Boards for Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.
With this acquisition, TCS aims to broaden its Salesforce delivery capabilities while ensuring continuity for existing clients in the US and Canada, reinforcing its long-term commitment to these markets.
