Exclusive Networks, Druva Partner to Expand SaaS-Based Data Protection in India

Bengaluru: Cybersecurity solutions provider Exclusive Networks has entered into a strategic partnership with Druva, a cloud-based data protection firm, to strengthen the adoption of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)-driven data security solutions across India. The collaboration aims to address growing enterprise demand for simplified, scalable, and cloud-native data protection amid rising cyber threats and increasing data sprawl.

With India’s digital economy expanding rapidly, data protection has become a critical concern. Gartner estimates that end-user spending on information security in India will reach USD 3.3 billion in 2025, a 16.4% rise from last year. This growth is being driven by a surge in ransomware incidents, widespread cloud adoption, and increasing use of generative AI tools that are generating large volumes of sensitive data. Despite these risks, several Indian enterprises continue to rely on legacy protection systems that are complex and expensive to maintain.

The Druva Data Security Cloud Platform, which operates entirely on a SaaS model, enables organizations to safeguard and recover data without the need for on-premises infrastructure. According to Exclusive Networks, this partnership will allow its channel partners to deliver a “SaaS-first” approach to data protection, reducing deployment complexity while improving resilience.

“Data today is scattered across cloud, SaaS, and on-prem environments, creating a new layer of vulnerability,” said Veeranna Ganigere, Regional General Manager for India and SAARC at Exclusive Networks. “With Druva’s platform, partners can better address customer requirements for stronger and more agile data security.”

Druva’s collaboration with Exclusive Networks is expected to expand its market reach in India through an extensive partner ecosystem. The partnership comes at a time when Indian enterprises are prioritizing secure, cost-efficient, and easily deployable data protection models to align with evolving regulatory and cybersecurity demands.
