Pune: Seclore has opened a new technology hub in Pune, marking its latest move to expand engineering and product development operations in India. The facility adds to the company’s existing centres in Mumbai and Delhi and reflects its focus on building data-security capabilities amid growing demand for AI-driven protection tools.
The Pune office will function as a key site for developing Seclore’s product roadmap, particularly as enterprises adapt to India’s evolving data-protection landscape under the DPDP Act. The company said Pune’s talent pool and established tech ecosystem were central factors in choosing the location. The workspace features an open layout designed to support collaborative development and attract specialised engineering talent.
At the inauguration, Seclore CEO Vishal Gauri said the new hub will help accelerate work on AI-enabled security solutions that support enterprises in discovering, protecting and governing sensitive data. He noted that the expansion aligns with the company’s plan to deepen its presence in India while preparing for growth in global markets. The event brought together company leadership, employees, clients and partners.
Gauri also outlined Seclore’s intention to roll out new roles in engineering and product management in the coming months, signalling a broader scale-up of its development efforts. The company is working on integrating advanced AI capabilities into its platform and previewed early work on an upcoming product pilot during the inauguration.
Seclore provides data-centric security tools that allow enterprises to control access to digital assets and maintain governance across internal and external environments. The company works with organisations in sectors such as BFSI, manufacturing and automotive to support compliance and secure data-sharing workflows.
The Pune expansion places Seclore among several cybersecurity firms increasing investments in India’s tech hubs as the demand for skilled talent and advanced security solutions continues to grow.
