Pune: Deepali Khairnar has been promoted as Sr Director – HR & IT, IAC International Automotive India Pvt. Ltd.
In her expanded role, Deepali will lead HR and IT strategy for IAC’s India operations, strengthening organisational capability, people systems and digital enablement across multiple manufacturing and R&D locations.
At IAC, Deepali has steadily progressed through senior HR leadership roles. She has led HR, Industrial Relations, EHS, CSR and IT functions across the India region.
Earlier, Deepali has worked in HR roles with Kirloskar Oil Engines, Varroc and Tata Motors.
