New Delhi: Diksha Kumari has been appointed as Lead HR Business Partner – Tech HR at PayU.
In her new role, she will lead strategic HR partnering for technology teams, supporting business growth, workforce transformation and people excellence across the organisation’s fintech ecosystem.
Her mandate includes enabling high-performance tech teams in a fast-scaling, global fintech environment while aligning people’s priorities with business outcomes.
Before PayU, Kumari worked with Xebia as Senior Manager – HR for four years.
Even before that, she has worked with Attra (a Synechron company), Ness Digital Engineering, redBus, Oracle and Outsource Partners International (EXL).
