Bengaluru: Devi Sangeetha R has joined as AVP – Talent Acquisition India at Swiss Re.
In her new role, Devi will lead the talent acquisition strategy for India, strengthening hiring ecosystems and enabling workforce capability aligned to Swiss Re’s global reinsurance, insurance abd risk solutions growth agenda.
She is supporting Swiss Re’s expanding GCCs and business operations.
Previously, Devi worked for five years with Standard Chartered Bank as Manager – Talent Acquisition, where she worked with large-scale hiring programs.
Previously, she worked for PayPal at Korn Ferry, KellyOCG at Citibank Operations and Helios & Matheson.
