Girish Goyal resigned for personal reasons, according to a statement JBM Auto sent to the stock exchanges today.
“It has been a great experience in contributing to the growth of the company,” Goyal mentioned in his resignation letter. He expressed gratitude for the support received from stakeholders and guidance from the promoters and senior management during his tenure.
According to business protocol, Goyal was relieved of his duties after serving his notice period, and the corporation confirmed that his actual position was BU HRPA head.
Goyal stated that he planned to look for work options outside of the JBM Group. The business attested that, aside from the reasons outlined in his resignation letter, there were no further significant factors that contributed to his departure.
Further, JBM Auto hasn’t made an official announcement yet and hasn’t even announced the replacement.
