Bengaluru: Nandini Matiyani has been appointed as EVP HR at Strides Pharma Sciences.
In this role, she will lead Strides’ global people strategy, organisational transformation, leadership development and culture agenda across its multi-country operations.
Nandini will lead the company’s global HR charter, partnering closely with leadership teams to strengthen organisational capability, talent development frameworks and enterprise-wide culture initiatives across regulated and emerging markets.
Before Strides, Nandini has worked in multiple HR roles with RateGain, Wipro and OnMobile Global, among others.
