Mumbai: Shathi (R) Sharma has been elevated to CHRO at Jumbo Group.
In her new role, Shathi will shape the group’s people strategy, organisational culture, leadership development and workforce transformation across its multi-country retail and distribution operations.
In her current role, Shathi is focused on strengthening talent architecture, leadership pipelines, and performance-driven culture across Jumbo’s expanding footprint in the GCC.
Prior to Jumbo Group, Shathi served in different HR positions with Reliance Retail, Modenik Lifestyle, Landmark Group, Telenor, Madura Fashion & Lifestyle, Emirates NBD and GE.
