Mumbai: Reena Vijayanand has been appointed as Head – Talent Acquisition, Head Office at Larsen & Toubro (L&T).
Reena will play a central role in building a strong people and culture foundation at L&T.
She will also champion sustainability-driven culture, leadership academies, succession pipelines, and AI-powered HR platforms to enable predictive analytics and performance excellence.
Previously, Reena was the CHRO with AdaniConneX, where her leadership contributed to AdaniConneX receiving the Frost & Sullivan 2024 APAC Company of the Year recognition.
Even before that, Reena was with Samsung India for over a decade as Region HR South.
Earlier, she has worked in HR roles with CSS Corp (now Movate), TeamLease Services, Cybernet Software Systems, Mafoi Management and Mount Academy.
