New Delhi, May 25(CXO Media): Genpact has appointed Ajith Madhavan as Vice President, bringing back an executive with over two decades of experience in finance operations and business services.
Madhavan joins the company after serving at Allianz, where he was Head of Financial Business Services, India. He also held the role of Service Delivery Lead at the insurer, overseeing operational delivery and finance-related transformation initiatives.
His return comes as enterprises continue to focus on operational efficiency, finance transformation, and streamlined service delivery. At Genpact, Madhavan is expected to work closely on strategic operations and business process management functions.
Over the course of his career, he has held leadership positions across Treeline Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd., A.P. Moller – Maersk, IBM, ACS, and Accenture. His experience spans finance and accounting (F&A), procure-to-pay operations, and large-scale service delivery.
