This initiative actively encourages couples to work together in the same organisation, challenging the long-standing perception that personal relationships and professional environments should remain separate. By doing so, Honasa is advocating for a more progressive and inclusive work culture. With this policy, Honasa wants to bring a change that professional and personal lives can coexist harmoniously.

Announced by Co-founders Ghazal and Varun Alagh, who started Mamaearth together, the policy is inspired by their own journey and aims to normalise and recognize the value of professional partnerships between couples.

Ghazal and Varun Alagh started Mamaearth in 2016 when they couldn’t find natural toxin free baby products in the market for their child.
