Mumbai: Vijay Vaidyanathan has been appointed as the CHRO of HDFC Life.
During his two-decade stint at HDFC Life, Vijay served as Group Head – Key Alliances (Bancassurance).
In this role, Vijay led strategic bancassurance alliances with major banking partners across India.
He also contributed to organization-wide initiatives, including the Wellness & Wellbeing ERG and the Talent Council.
Even before that, he served in Sr Leadership Roles – Bancassurance, where he managed multiple national bancassurance partnerships with a focus on operational excellence and revenue growth.
