New Delhi: Naveen Kumar has been promoted as CHRO – Auto Division of Asahi India Glass (AIS).
In his new role, Naveen will lead the people and culture agenda for AIS’s Auto Division.
He will focus on building future-ready talent capability, strengthening shop-floor excellence and aligning people strategy with AIS’s growth plans in the automotive segment.
Naveen had long stints at Asahi in various HR positions, starting from Deputy Manager – HR, Manager – HR and then DGM – HR.
Before Asahi, Naveen had early HR experiences at Halonix.
