Salesforce Expands AI Tools Deployment At InMobi To Reshape Global Advertising Operations

Bengaluru, 15 Apr, (CXO Media): Salesforce has expanded its AI-focused technology deployment at InMobi to support the adtech firm’s shift toward automated global operations.

AI Deployment Across Advertising Systems

US-based Salesforce has widened its partnership with Indian advertising technology firm InMobi to integrate artificial intelligence tools across the latter’s global advertising network. The move signals increased reliance on AI-led enterprise platforms within the digital advertising sector, where companies are focusing on automation and data-driven operations.

InMobi operates across demand, supply and exchange advertising markets, and the expanded deployment involves automation of sales workflows and customer service systems. The company is using AI-enabled tools such as Agentforce Sales and Agentforce Service to streamline deal management and support processes. These systems are also being used to generate forecasts, track sales opportunities, and support internal reporting functions.

Data Integration And Collaboration Tools

As part of the transition, InMobi has migrated its internal communication systems to Slack Enterprise Grid, a move aimed at improving collaboration across geographically distributed teams. At the same time, Salesforce Data 360 is being implemented to consolidate operational and customer data from multiple business units into a unified platform.

The adoption of unified data systems reflects a wider shift among digital advertising companies toward centralized data infrastructure, which supports real-time insights and coordinated decision-making across departments. The companies also confirmed plans to extend the partnership through additional analytics tools, including Tableau, to strengthen predictive analysis and operational visibility.

Focus On AI-Led Efficiency In Advertising

The expansion comes as global advertising firms invest more heavily in artificial intelligence to improve efficiency, automate workflows, and manage growing volumes of consumer data. InMobi, which has built a large independent advertising platform over the past two decades, is positioning its technology infrastructure to support AI-led development across markets.

Both companies indicated that future phases of the collaboration will include the development of AI-based workflows designed to improve customer engagement and predictive capabilities. The development highlights how enterprise software providers are increasingly embedding AI into operational systems, reshaping how advertising platforms manage large-scale campaigns and customer relationships.
