New Delhi, May 19(CXO Media): Vodafone Idea has appointed M P Sunil Kumar as its Chief Enterprise Business Officer.
Sunil Kumar will lead Vi Enterprise and oversee the company’s telecom, connectivity, cloud, IoT and digital solutions business. He succeeds Arvind Nevatia and will be responsible for strengthening Vodafone Idea’s position in the enterprise segment, where telecom companies are increasingly competing for corporate clients seeking digital transformation services.
The appointment marks a return to Vodafone Idea for Sunil Kumar, who previously spent over nine years with the company in senior leadership roles. During his earlier stint, he handled consumer and carrier business portfolios, including serving as Cluster Business Head for Mumbai and Executive Vice President of Carrier Business.
Before rejoining Vodafone Idea, Sunil Kumar worked as Chief Growth Officer at Tanla Platforms, where he focused on expanding AI-led business offerings across international markets. He also served as CEO of Constl, a Space World Group company.
Sunil Kumar brings close to three decades of experience in telecom and enterprise solutions, having worked with companies including Tata Communications, airtel and GTL Limited. His experience spans wholesale connectivity, carrier services, enterprise telecom solutions and large-scale business operations.
