New Delhi, May 25(CXO Media): Mergen Corporates has appointed Venugopal Arcot as its Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), bringing in a technology and business leader with more than three decades of experience across enterprise strategy, digital transformation, and consulting.
The appointment comes as companies increasingly focus on AI-led business models and enterprise automation. At Mergen, Arcot will lead strategic initiatives with a focus on artificial intelligence solutions and ServiceNow-based transformation programs. Before joining Mergen Corporates, Arcot held leadership roles at companies including Caterpillar, Tech Mahindra, Hewlett Packard, and ServiceNow. His experience spans business strategy, enterprise technology, and operational transformation across sectors such as manufacturing and BFSI.
Mergen said Arcot will work on strengthening the company’s long-term growth strategy, with emphasis on AI adoption, digital governance, and enterprise transformation. His experience in areas including M&A, IT governance, and regulatory frameworks is expected to support the company’s strategic roadmap as demand for digital modernization grows.
