New Delhi, May 27(CXO Media): Ekta Kaveeshwar has rejoined Neilsoft as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), marking a senior leadership return at a time when companies across the technology and engineering sectors are sharpening their focus on workforce planning and talent retention.
She brings more than 24 years of experience across IT/ITES, e-commerce, logistics, supply chain and retail, with a background in talent management, workforce strategy and organisational leadership.
Before rejoining Neilsoft, Kaveeshwar served as Head – Talent Development and Corporate Affairs at RA-Tech Engineering. Earlier, she worked at ElasticRun as Vice President – Human Resources, Partner Relations and Workforce Management, where she handled people operations and workforce-related functions during a phase of business growth.
Her previous experience also includes HR leadership roles at 3DPLM Software Solutions and KPIT, giving her exposure to technology-led organisations and engineering-focused businesses.
