New Delhi, Apr 22, (CXO Media): Rapyder Cloud Solutions has appointed Abhishek Patel as its Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, Patel will be responsible for leading the company’s people strategy, including talent development, organisational planning, and strengthening HR processes.
The appointment comes at a time when cloud service providers are expanding teams and investing in structured HR functions to support business scale and client delivery requirements. Companies operating in the cloud and managed services segment have been increasing focus on workforce planning and capability building as demand for digital and cloud adoption continues to grow across sectors.
Patel joins Rapyder after spending more than eight years at Axis Bank, where he served as Assistant Vice President in Priority Banking. His responsibilities there included program management, channel operations, training initiatives, customer experience, and quality oversight.
Earlier in his career, he held roles at TMI Group, Mahindra Satyam BPO, GE Capital, and HDFC Bank. His professional background spans human resources, operations, and customer-focused functions across banking, financial services, and business process outsourcing. Such leadership hires in HR roles are increasingly linked to organisational restructuring efforts, employee retention priorities, and the need to manage workforce growth in technology-driven businesses.
