Kolkata: Bandhan Bank has partnered Salesforce to digitize its loan origination system and deliver digital first experience to customers.
Multiple loan origination systems are consolidated into Salesforce AI-driven platforms. This has followed Bandhan Bank digitally transforming its core banking system in October 2023.

Bandhan Bank has streamlined the entire loan lifecycle from customer onboarding and credit evaluation to approval, disbursal and servicing. This has been done on Salesforce’s Lightning platform and on Sales Cloud for commercial loans.
The Salesforce Agentforce will help Bandhan Bank build and deploy AI agents that can autonomously take action against any business function. Overall this collaboration will not just streamline loan origination but also accelerate AI-driven banking transformation.
