He took to LinkedIn to confirm of his new move stating: “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Senior Vice President Human Resources at Kotak Life!”
An enthusiastic human resources expert with a 360-degree understanding of HR functions, Rishi has earned an MBA from IIM Bangalore.
He has also had the chance to oversee hiring, employee engagement, industrial relations, performance management, pay and benefits, business partnerships, HR operations, digital HR transformation, as well as, strategic HR projects and change management thus far in his career.
Further, his strategic approach will create a dynamic and growth-oriented work culture by coordinating employee engagement with the organization’s changing goals. His action is a step in the right direction to improve HR effectiveness and business excellence.
