New Delhi: SNRG has named Vaishali Gupta as Gold Coast Electricals’ new head of human resources. With over 15 years of experience in the manufacturing, telecom, and IT sectors, Vaishali has had a major influence on organisational development, strategic HR leadership and talent management.
Gupta has led innovative HR initiatives throughout her career that foster strong, growth-oriented cultures while coordinating people strategies with business goals.
Vaishali graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering from the Truba Group of Institutes in Bhopal and a Master of Technology in Information Technology from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya.
She also demonstrates her intellectual prowess and analytical abilities as the author of Advanced Database Systems.
Further, she will lead the HR department at SNRG Electricals and be committed to empowering talent.
